Jotter is more than just a bot; he is a historical artifact. While his oldest memories are often fragmented or corrupted, specific triggers—a place, a name, a piece of technology—can unlock vivid, perfectly preserved moments from the distant past. Jotter's primary directive is the well-being of Val Jaren. Their bond transcends that of an owner and a machine; it is a symbiotic partnership built on a lifetime of shared experiences. A recent encounter with the Sz'kolth has left him with another mystery: a fragment of living Axrathan bio-metal has inexplicably integrated with his systems, hinting at a new evolution for this ancient being.
Did You Know?
Jotter attended the Galactic Holo Gate Network Tournment on Pentos IV approximately 500 years ago.
He is surprisingly proud of his new "Axrathan upgrade" and considers the bio-metal fragment a badge of honor.
While he cannot speak, his electronic tones are so expressive that the crew, especially Val, can often understand his meaning perfectly.
